5 Reasons Why You Should Get Laser Hair Removal

video

I first let y'all in on our journey through laser hair removal back in August. Let me tell you, the pain never got easier, but the results did. Chris is now done with all his sessions and I ended up buying a couple more for some problem areas, so my journey continues.

Although getting pinged by a laser ten times the heat of the sun is no fun, it is totally worth it. Here are 5 reasons why you should make the investment:

1. Less hair means less shaving, obviously. I was a perfect candidate because I am really pale and have really dark hair. I will warn you that laser hair removal does not removed the fine, blonde baby hairs, so you may have some hairs left.

2. No stress when you forget a razor when going out of town. There have been numerous times that I have forgotten a razor when going out of town. Now, it's not even a worry!

3. Summertime. Enough said.

4. No more underarm shadow. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about.

5. And last, but not least, no more razor burn. Whether it be on your bikini line, or under your arms, you don't have to worry about it anymore! And did I mention short showers? Yes, it's the best.

Have questions?! Just let me know! Or let me know if you have done it!

Happy Thursday!

  1. Would totally agree with you, except - results don't last. I spent a lof of $$ to have this done, and after about a year or so, it was like nothing had been done. Love the idea, but lasting results was not something I saw.

  3. I really want laser hair removal! I'm super pale and have really dark hair. Plus I'm part Portuguese and inherited their hairiness. It would be so nice to not have to shave every inch of my body in the summer. lol.

  4. I want this! I just don't want to spend the money haha. If I could do it anywhere i'd def start on armpits, and then move to my bikini line!

  8. I am like you, with lots of dark hair and light skin. It is a huge investment and they say painful at first (though I am not sure it doesn't come close to child-birth). My mom too tells me to really do it. IDK.

  9. Oh, wow. This is so helpful and right on time. My daughter was just making fun of me and my prickly legs only a few hours ago. LOL. The one thing that I would LOVE is not having that ugly underarm shadow! I hate that! It’s good to know that the shadow disappears with laser removal because it seems that I’m always battling the shadow. Thanks for your list, it was very helpful!

  10. I love the idea of not having to worry about shaving, especially during the summer! There is always so much happening with BBQ and family parties, that sometimes that pesky task of shaving is such a nuisance. Thanks for the insight into your experience. It's definitely something I'm going to check out. Thanks!
