WIWW: Repeat Offender + Link Up

I can't stop with the stripes. The pattern is so easy and goes with everything. I wore this outfit last Sunday when I had a day date with myself. It was perfect because the movie theater is always a little chilly, yet outside it was close to 90 degrees.

One thing I have realized I need, legitimately, is shorts that are age appropriate. I have two pairs that I haven't shrunk into hoochie shorts, so my mission last Sunday was summer shorts. I had a gift card to Macy's so I figured I would give that a shot. And SCORE. Holy cow they had some great shorts.

Here are the four pairs I got:

BeBop Printed Soft Shorts
BeBop Printed Soft Shorts - similar
Maison Jules Relaxed Shorts - Navy
Maison Jules Relaxed Shorts - Pink

I am hoping to have a post next week showcasing all my new shorts! I am so happy to now have some bottoms that won't ride up my boo-tay. All the lunges I have been doing in my "Strength and Conditioning" class have caused Mrs. New Booty to arrive. Lovely.

Randoms:

- Sally Hansen's Pink Blink has been my (nail) jam lately!

- Chris is on a "work" trip this week. To see what he has been up to, follow me on instagram @sarahtuckerup

- My baby brother is done with his first semester of college. Wow, time freaking flies.

- The show True Tori is really, really sad. I feel so bad for celebrities sometimes.

- In a little over a month I will have been married to my roommate for life for two years. Like I said, WHERE DOES TIME GO?!

Now for the link up!

- All I ask is you link back to my blog and link to a specific post.

- Write about something fashion related :)

PS: Thanks to everyone who has been linking up! After all this state testing is done, I will get my life back and be able to read all my blogs again! Sorry for the lack in replies to posts and comments!

  3. Have you ever tried J.Crew shorts? I LURVE them. Used to wear 3 inchers back in the day and then graduated to 4 inchers and now, as a mom, I stick with 5 inches. They fit amazingly and make so man patterns/colors!

  10. You look so chic and relaxed in your shorts. I too wore green shorts in yesterday's post (come see) and we both have nautical tops on: yours stripes and mine anchors. Great minds think alike, girl.

Also loving and WANTING ALL of the Shorts you purchased LOL.
